Hi,I toured your dairy last Wednesday with ~40 4th and 5th graders from my daughter's school.As the children were too young to properly appreciate the fine cheeses you produce, it was leftto me to, ahem, assist them with finishing off their samples. It was definitely the culinary highpointof my visit to Maui! Thanks again for having us, we had a great time!
