Surfing Goat Dairy
Why: Because who knew goats could surf? Just kidding. The cute Ping Pong Ball cheeses from this small, family-owned dairy on the slopes of Maui's Haleakala crater had the creamiest texture of any goat cheese we tasted, with a balanced, mild hint of garlic.
